Helvetia Patria Consulting AG and e-GITS GmbH announced today the registration of the joint venture Fair Software Associates GmbH. The mission of
Fair Software Associates GmbH will be to develop software products for mainframe systems.
The first product of this joint venture will be released in the middle of July 2005. Plans already exist for a complete portfolio of products for mainframe systems solutions.
